Why is she sick? Because she doesnt fit into the "cookie cutter" life that you think she should live?. She didnt ask for you to approve of her relationship, she asked if her fiancee could get put in jail because she's a minor and he's an adult. She sounds responsible and she's taking responsibility for her actions.

I'm 22 my boyfriend is 28, and we are having a child, and we're not married. I dont really think marriage is that important if you love someone. I can promise you that our relationship will last longer than half of these marriages.

And my brother is 23 dating a 46 year old, they love each other and it is NOT sick. They've been together for 5 years.

So anyway to answer your question,

I think your parents would have to press charges because they are your legal gaurdians, and if you have thier consent you should be fine to have him sign the birth certificate.

Good Luck and Congratulations on the baby!!

Get him to sign the certificate. If your parents dont press charges I dont think anything can be done.

im 15 due on the 20th of nov, The father of my baby is almost a year younger than me. (Not sUss)

Ill be 16 when i have my baby, and the father will still be 15. Im questioning wether or not ill be able too put his name on the birth certificate. because ill be 16, and the laws these days can do anything against that if they wanted to. Ive decided im going to anyways. No ones seemed to car so far, just do it. youll be 16 when you give birth. so i dont see a point while u cant

I  know in the state of GA where i am when you become pregnant you are from that day on considered an adult. Your parents cant do anything. Good luck and i truly mean that becuase i had my son at 20 and its been a really rough road. Good. luck again. hope this helps.
